We have chosen to have the presenter speak more informal due to the fact that our target audience wanted this to be able to relate to them and feel more in a conversation; than being told information.
Wholly appropriate intro and outro scripts for your target audience. Also, well done for including your justifications for your choice of informal language, e.g. not using the presenter's surname, etc,
